Software Development Leader
Development leaders are involved in all aspects of the software development cycle, while being able to write clean, maintainable code. Working closely with the business team is expected, with professional ethics and communication skills. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of project management, proficient in programming, cloud architectures. Experience with Trading software will be helpful in this position.
Accounting & Finance Manager
Accountants are responsible for the management, reporting of financial data of XJCP and preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing our company’s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. We are looking for candidates who have at least 5 years of relevant experience. HKICPA/ACCA qualification is preferred. Familiarity with finance, fintech or digital assets will be helpful in this position.
In-house Lawyer
In-house Lawyers will deal with relevant regulatory bodies, handle legal compliance matters, draft or edit legal contracts, and perform ad-hoc projects as required. We are looking for candidates who are based in Hong Kong and has at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will oversee legal advisory and legal review tasks, including tasks on fund formation, fund finance and fund regulation compliance work. Familiarity with finance, fintech or digital assets will be helpful in this position.
Derivatives Trader, Quant across asset classes
Traders are expected to provide market colour, trade analysis, implementing automated solutions and work with developers to improve the efficiency and algorithms of our in-house trading software. We're looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, who are positive and are self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Good derivatives knowledge and a bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or any other quantitative discipline.
